Sustained Development of His Constituency

Jindal, MP, Kurukshetra completes 3 years of sustained and
unstopped development of his constituency

Shri Naveen Jindal, MP has turned around
the picture of villages in his Lok Sabha parliamentary
constituency, Kuruskhetra by getting done a plethora of
developmental works in a span of just three years. The MP
has wholeheartedly done the development works solving
problems being faced by the people. In these works,
unmetalled roads have been converted into metaled roads and
books & other materials concerning with children's needs
have been made available. For youths, gyms have been opened
and playing kits are being distributed. Submersible pumps
and hand pumps are being installed for clean drinking water.
In view of the problems faced by the
people of his constituency, free eye testing camps are being
organized and free medicines are being distributed through
mobile vans.
In the 9 assembly regions of Kurukshetra
parliamentary region, the MP has got installed 74
submersible pumps at the cost of Rs. 27,83,000/- from his
MPLADS. Out of these submersible pumps, the works on 31
submersibles has been completed and are quenching the thirst
and other needs by providing the clean water. The work on
the remaining 35 submersible pumps progressing well, which
would soon be handed over to the people after their
completion. This will solve the problems faced by the
village women fetching water from the distant and clean
drinking water. The MP has installed one hand pump and
submersible pump from his own pocket so that there is no
break in the development works. For the provision of clean
drinking water in each and every village, the MP has got
installed 90 hand pumps at the cost of Rs. 18,67,000/-. Out
of these, 76 hand pumps are ready and the work on remaining
ones is progressing well and will soon fulfill the needs of
people after their completion.

The development works done by the
MP in the nine assembly regions of the Kurushetra
constituency
- 98 development works at the cost of around Rs.
1,12,55,000/- done in Guhla Halka.
- 128 development works at the cost of Rs.
1,15,18,000/- done in Kaithal Halka.
- 118 development works got done at the cost of Rs.
75,84,000/- in Pai Halka.
- 155 and 197 development works at the cost of Rs.
39,73,000/- and Rs. 1,80,56,000/- respectively got
done in Pundari and Pehowa.
- It has been stated about Radaur and Shahbad Halka
that in Radaur, 137 development works at the cost of
Rs. 1,20,62,000/- and in Shahbad, 136 development
works at the cost of Rs. 28,92,000/- got done.
- In Thanesar Halka too, plethora of development
works numbering 210 got done at the cost of Rs.
74,22,000/-.
- 44 development works at the cost of Rs.
51,9,000/- got done in Yamunanagar.

On the other hand, 161 Choupals have been
constructed and shelter is made available for public works. Very
many choupals have been constructed in villages, which will
serve the purpose of conference for the public for their
community works and smooth staying of marriage parties for
solemnizing the marriage of sisters/daughters etc in villages.
The MP has got done developmental works in his parliamentary
constituency for each and every class so that these development
works filter to everybody. He has turned around the face of
villages by constructing 62 choupals at the cost of Rs.
89,20,000 /- for the SCs. Likewise, for backward classes, an all
purpose/multi beneficiary work has been put into shape by
constructing 79 choupals at the cost of Rs. 1,17,10,000/-. The
MP has given further impetus to growth by constructing 20
choupals at the cost of Rs. 28,73,000/- for the General
category. Over and above, lacs of rupees have been spent on the
renovation of the condemned choupals. The provision of fans and
the construction of verandah are included in these choupals. In
his development works are included choupals made for Balmikis &
Harijans and construction of pucca lanes at the cost of crores
of rupees.
In all these development works, it was only
the determination on the part of Sh. Naveen Jindal that a result
of which this region has made unprecedented progress in a short
span of 3 years. The MP is always on his toes to help the poor
and needy. The Om Prakash Jindal Grameen Jan Kalyan Sansthan,
which is providing the yeoman services to the people is a result
of MP’s positive, thinking. Eye testing camps organized by
this institution, people are thronging for the treatment of
their eyes and its free operation.
In future too, the MP will continue to push
himself for development works. Included in this endeavor is the
repairing of Balmiki choupal at the cost of Rs. 3 lacs in
Nandgarh village at Guhla Halka. Likewise, Rs. 10,000/- has been
provided for the repairing of a room in a library in the
district Kaithal. Rs. 2 lacs have been given to the Mahant
Prabhat Puri Kanya Sr. Secondary School for the construction of
a hall at Thanesar. Sh. Naveen Jindal has thrown himself
wholeheartedly for the development works in Halka, which is
visible to all.
Under the dynamic leadership of immensely
popular Chief Minister of Haryana, Sh. Bhupendra Singh Hooda and
inspiration from his late father Sh. OP Jindal ex. MP of
Kurukshetra, Sh. Naveen Jindal, MP is doing his utmost to make
Kurukshetra parliamentary constituency Number One Constituency
(in every field be it education, health, hygiene and welfare of
Harijans and backward people) in India.
Besides this, Naveen Jindal is also conscious
of his central responsibilities. Other than raising his voice
about problems being faced by the people or development
activities in Kurukshtera in the Lok Sabha, Sh. Naveen Jindal is
always alert to raise other issues in the House whether it
belongs to the Kaithal Railway Bridge or Shahbad - Thol railway
over bridge, railway over bridge at Yamunanagar, four lane way
from Yamunanagar to Pehowa or trauma centre at Yamuna Nagar and
Kurukshetra etc.
